Apartments and houses: up to 100 m² — $20 per m², 100–200 m² — $16, 200–400 m² — $15, from 400 m² — $13. A 60 m² flat is $1,200, 100 m² is $1,600 and 150 m² is $2,400.
How much does a café, restaurant, showroom or office design cost?
Commercial spaces: up to 100 m² — $20 per m², 100–200 m² — $16, from 200 m² — $15. For example, a 120 m² café is $1,920.
How much do house design, facades or supervision cost?
Architecture, exterior and design supervision are priced separately because they depend on the site and the task. Leave a request and we will quote after a short call.
How is payment made?
The price is set in US dollars and paid at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan rate, in two stages: 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
Why is the price per m² lower for larger areas?
Part of the work — the concept, materials, shared details — does not grow in proportion to the area. So the larger the space, the lower the rate, and it applies to the whole area.
