Apartment interior design in Tashkent

We start with a survey and a conversation about how you live: who cooks, where you work, how much storage you need, how your day goes. That shapes the layout.
Then the concept and photoreal 3D visualisations of every room. You see the interior before the renovation and change materials and furniture while it costs nothing.

Frequently asked questions
How much does apartment interior design cost in Tashkent?
It depends on the area: up to 100 m² — $20 per m², 100–200 m² — $16, 200–400 m² — $15, from 400 m² — $13. For example, a 60 m² flat is $1,200, 100 m² is $1,600 and 150 m² is $2,400. Priced in US dollars at the Central Bank rate, paid 50% / 50%.
What does the design project include?
A site survey and a study of how you live, layout options, the concept and materials, photoreal 3D visualisations of every room and a full set of working drawings for the builders: walls, electrics, plumbing, ceilings, layouts and schedules.
How long does it take?
The calculator on the prices page gives an estimate: for a 100 m² apartment it is from 10 working days. The exact schedule goes into the contract after the survey.
Do you work with new-build apartments without finishing?
Yes, that is the most common case: we survey the flat, plan it around your family and prepare drawings the builders use to fit it out from scratch.
Do I need design supervision?
It is optional. Your contractor builds; we visit the site on a schedule, answer the builders' questions and make sure everything follows the design.
