House design in Tashkent
Houses and buildings with a clear form: from placing them on the site to drawings builders follow without guesswork.
Price on request
We start with the site: sun, views, access, neighbours and restrictions. That shapes where the house sits and its massing — several options, and we choose the best one together.
Then layouts, facades and materials. We show the house in 3D by day and in the evening so decisions are made before construction, not during it.
Construction documents — architectural drawings, details and schedules. The contractor prices them accurately and builds what was designed.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a house design cost in Tashkent?
It depends on the floor area, the number of storeys and the scope — whether you also need interiors, facades and landscaping. Tell us about the plot in the request form and we will quote an exact price after a short call.
Do you design houses for small plots of 2–5 sotkas?
Yes. A compact plot is a common task in Tashkent: we plan the placement, daylight, yard and parking so that a small site feels spacious with no wasted metres.
One storey or two?
A single-storey house is easier for families with children or elderly parents and simpler to run, but takes more of the plot. Two storeys leave room for a yard and garden and separate shared and private zones. We show both options in 3D so the choice is clear.
What does a house design include?
Site analysis and placement, massing and layout options, facades and materials, 3D visualisation by day and evening, and architectural drawings with details that the contractor prices and builds from.
Can I order the house and the interior together?
Yes, and it works better: sockets, lighting, furniture and windows are planned at once, so nothing has to be redone during the fit-out.
